Violette Market Shop Policies
Payment
Violette Market accepts US dollars through PayPal, and traditional Credit Cards. You can use your PayPal account to pay with a credit card, debit card, checking account, or PayPal balance - the shopping cart will redirect you to the secure PayPal site. Personal checks (orders will be held for 10 days before shipping) or money orders are both accepted forms of payment. If your personal check or money order payment does not arrive within 10 days we will not hold your order any longer. International orders will be credited funds to their paypal account if their shipping quote was higher than the actual shipping price.
Shipping
Violette Market ships all orders through the USPS. For domestic orders we use First Class and Priority Mail. No need to select a preference, the cart takes care of that for you based on your order selection/s. For International orders, we ship your order USPS First Class Mail, only, as International Priority Mail in not available. Please remember, that once mailed, your Internatioanl order can take anywhere from 6-10 days to arrive via Airmail.
All domestic orders receive a tracking number via their e-mail. This email will be generated from Paypal shipping or "Click 'n Ship", depending on how your package is shipped. International orders shipped via Priority Mail International will receive an e-mail with tracking information from the USPS "Click 'n Ship". International orders shipped via First Class International mail will receive word that their order has shipped. Please make sure that your paypal shipping address is completely up-to-date as we use this address for shipping purposes and cannot be responsible for shipping to undeliverable addresses.
If a package with a tracking number is marked "delivered" but the package has not arrived, Violette is very sorry but we cannot replace your package as you will need to handle this with your local post office and your daily mail carrier.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product and the fact that each product is blended to order, we cannot accept returns of any kind. Should a product from your order arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us and we will discuss options, whether they be replacement or refund.
Order Changes or Add-Ons
We're very sorry but once your order has been placed you may not make additions or changes to your order. We used to do this in the past, but with our current work volume, this service is impossible.
